Privacy Policy

Last updated: 8 July 2026

WordSpark is a vocabulary-learning app that helps you learn English through games, daily practice, and a friendly AI tutor. We care about your privacy and we keep things simple: almost everything stays on your own device, and we do not sell your data or show you ads. This page explains, in plain language, what information the app uses and why.

The short version

What information the app uses

Where your information is stored

Your name, location, progress, streaks, and settings are stored locally on your device using your browser's storage. We do not keep a copy on a server, and there is no account or login. If you clear the app's data or uninstall it, that information is gone.

Third-party services we rely on

To provide some features, the app sends certain information to trusted third-party services:

These services process the information only to return a result to the app. Please refer to the respective providers' own privacy policies for how they handle data.

What we do NOT do

Children

WordSpark is intended for learners aged 13 and older. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we make meaningful changes to how the app handles information, we will update this page and change the "Last updated" date above.
